The effect of postpartum sleep disorder and anxsiety on the sleep pattern of newborns: improvoments through behavioral intervention led by nurses, case report
Postpartum sleep disorder and anxiety are common clinical findings. Factors such as the newborn's adaptation to the outside world and the mother's adjustment to the baby affect newborn sleep. The effect of postpartum sleep disorder and anxiety experienced by mothers on the newborn's sleep pattern is important for newborn health. Although there are studies on this subject, it is thought that improvement is possible with nursing intervention. This article aims to present the effectiveness of behavioral intervention led by nursing by addressing the effect of postpartum sleep disorder and anxiety on newborn sleep disorder.
